Hello, to address your problem, it's not even a defect! I didn't even touch it after it came to me, how can you accuse me of gluing it on? Just because UrbanOutfitters sent it to me glued, doesn't mean I glued it on. Please check again, and if possible amend your comment as I feel it has been unfairly given.

I still don't believe I deserve a NEUTRAL feedback, as I put the strap into the clutch, and it wouldn't have come off when I sent it to you. I would like to reiterate it is not a defect at all. You can check with other people who have this clutch if you like, I trust that all are like that. Therefore I don't think I should have stated it at all. You don't expect me to describe everything, like "The second thread is 0.1cm longer than the others", do you. I don't think this is a valid point at all. I would also like to say this IS fresh from spree, never touched at all.

Sorry for the late reply. I can assure you this happened during postage. If you don't want to believe me, that's fine. I accept that a neutral feedback is justifiable as it may be my fault because of the way I packed. Can you delete the positive and negative feedback though, and repost a new comment? Thanks!
